Keep Movin' online store opening soon
We just keep getting better! Our online store, the Keep Movin' Fit Shop, will officially open on 7 June. The shop will be used to sign up for the fit camps, purchase t-shirts, journals, and more, plus you will pay for your camp here as well!
We're holding camps at McMurry until further notice
First & most important is to thank you all for your continued support & well wishes during our transition phase. We are still awaiting contract negotiations with Dyess. However, the show must go on….We promised ya'll that we would “keep movin’” & that’s exactly what we’re going to do! Wooooo Whoooo! We’re excited to announce that we have partnered with the great folks at McMurry University & we’ll be hosting our next camp, “Hustle Up, Muscle Up” at their facility!
