It's hard to believe that summer is more than half over. Get your body holiday ready by attending one of our Fit Camps!
All camps are 6-weeks, Monday thru Friday. Ours are progressive fitness programs where we focus on cardio endurance, strength training, core conditioning, and clean eating (healthy nutrition). Camps are open to anyone, regardless of fitness level, who has an interest in improving their health!

Early Bird Camp 4am - 5am (M-F) ::
This camp is for those of us who love to get up and get moving while everyone else is still resting. Only the strong can survive!!!
Super Burn Camp 5am - 6am (M-F)
:: Super intense, high impact and usually the largest crowd. Rev up that metabolism early for a super burn that will last all day long! Start here, focus and finish strong!
Walk Camp 5am - 6am (M-F) ::
This camp is low-impact, with a focus on weight-control and toning. program is for beginners, new mothers or anyone recovering from an injury. Please click the last button to the left "Walk Site" for more information. Please email for details.
